Our preferred method for basement construction is using waterproof concrete poured insitu. 

As you can see our 20 tonne excavator is used to carry out the bulk excavation and then our 3 tonne mini excavator is lowered into the excavation to carry out the final part of the dig.

Depending upon ground conditions the excavations are either sheet piled or the ground is battered back to provide a safe working environment.
