These are a much easier way of creating extra space within your current property than basements.

 

With modern houses using roof trusses, a loft conversion can be harder to achieve. However we have recently completed a conversion, whereby we simply cut off the existing roof and cut a new one.

 

We achieved this without the use of a costly Tin Hat (known as a temporary roof) much to our client’s approval and satisfaction.
